Special Sauce

Special Sauce is what makes a burger go from eh to 5 stars! I was first introduced to the stuff as a kid when my mother took us to Foster Freeze for a single with sauce and lettuce. The Special Sauce would drizzle through the lettuce and on to the hot cheese burger creating a range of temperatures for a delicious messiness. It was also great on fries and just about anything needing sauce. In & Out, Freddy's, A&W, and a few others all have the same base ingredients with subtle differences but all good. Our version is based on Foster Freeze where some have said its exact. I believe em!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cps Mayonnaise
  • 1 cp Catsup
  • 1 tbsp Regular Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a wire whisk. Adjust as you deem necessary. But I wouldn't if I were you.
