
Creamy Avocado Salsa
Equipment
- 1 Sauce Pot
- 1 Tongs
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 8 Tomatillo
- 4 Serrano Peppers
- 1/2 cp Cilantro
- 1/4 White Onion
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Ripe Avocado
Instructions
- Boil the Tomatillos and Serrano Peppers for 5 minutes or until they turn a pale green color but do not let the Tomatillos start to crack. Remove from the water and let cool completely.
- In a blender, add all ingredients and puree until smooth.
