Creamy Avocado Salsa

  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Tomatillo
  • 4 Serrano Peppers
  • 1/2 cp Cilantro
  • 1/4 White Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Ripe Avocado

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Tomatillos and Serrano Peppers for 5 minutes or until they turn a pale green color but do not let the Tomatillos start to crack. Remove from the water and let cool completely.
  • In a blender, add all ingredients and puree until smooth.
