Ingredients
  

  • 8 lrg Roma Tomatoes Diced
  • 1/2 med White Onion Diced
  • 2 med Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1/2 bun Cilantro Minced
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Lime Juiced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a non-metallic bowl stirring gently with a wooden spoon as to not smash the Roma Tomatoes until evenly dressed.
  • Refrigerate for 1 day and enjoy with chips, nachos, or on anything your heart desires.
