Pasta con Vongole

Pasta con Vongole (Pasta with White Clam Sauce) is my all time favorite pasta recipe.

- 1/4 cp Olive Oil
- 1/4 med White Onion Minced
- 4 Cans Minced Clams Drained and reserve liquid
- 1 Clam Juice
- 6 lrg Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cp Parsley Minced
Add Olive Oil to a large saucee pan on high heat. Add the Onion and sauté until translucent.
Add the Clams, Clam Juice and Garlic and cook on medium to low heat for 15 minutes.
Add Salt and Parsley and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Toss al dente Linguini into the hot saucee and stir with tongs until thoroughly combined. Serve immediately with crusty sour dough bread.
